Help slantsix fuel inj

is changing a four barrel equipped /6 with .40 overbore pistons and oversized valves 1.70 in / 1.44 exh ported head and comp cam w/252 dur and 436 lift to fuel injection going to increase torque and horsepower????

If the throttle body flows the same CFM as the carb, no. It will give better drivability, and probably flatten out the torque curve.

Default Fuel injection

Have you considered MPI for yoiur slant? It seems like it would be a fairly easy conversion. You could put the injectors into the intake runners like you would with nitrous injectors. The only thing I could see being a probably is finding or making a crank trigger. You would definitly get more power this way.
