Timing
Hi,
can anyone help me? How much advantage I should have on my standart 440HP with six-pack carbs. The service manual says, that it should have 5° before TDC at idle. Other say that it runs better with 10-12° at idle and 35-38° somewhere at 3000 rpm while vacuumhose at distriburor is disconnect. What are the right numbers, and then how should it perform with the vacuum connected? Thanks a lot for any h |
