Question

I'm trying to decifer the stamping on my block. The sticking point is where it was built. It's stamped HM I found in one book iff it were stamped pm that would be mound road, my shop manual said EM stood for mound road. so my question is does the first letter stand for anything and go with the m and guess mound road or am I way off base?
