Default air pressure

If you run 12 or any thing under 20 LBS on the street your expencive tires won`t last long.
Low air presure causes exsesive heat biud up in the side walls
wich in turn will send them to an early trash heap some where in your neighborhood.
Just some fuel for thought .
If your car is making a moderate amount of power.
And you have a set of sticky sliks on it.
Chances are about 80 to1 in favor of it not getting a bite on the street.
This may not sound right .
However asfault just wont do it.
Thus the reson for concrete launch pads at the track.
What Iam trying to say is don`t expect miracles from any of
the street tires.
And as it says on most tires improper inflation may result in injury.
If not to you think of your quarter panels.

I have run 12-15 on the street for 2 YEARS on a set of 26 inch MT and I sold them with half or more of the tread left and no sidewall damage. I now have been running another 2-3 years on a set of 28 inch ones with no problems.

Granted this is probably only a few thousand miles per year cruising, street racing, several trips to the local track, etc.

Also, with the right suspension and the 28x12.50x15's I have gotten the fronts 4-6 inches off the ground on the asphalt/street they hook up as good or even better then at the local track it seems in my opinion.
