Question Gearing suggestions

I ran then car at a short track (500 feet) with 3.91's and it was an absolute dog. my best 60 foot was 2.165 seconds. I have a 380/360 Magnum Crate motor with TTI headers 1.6 Roller rockers, Quick adv springs etc. The trans is a 727 with a stage 2 shift kit and a 3000 stall. I have SS springs with a pinion snubber set about an inch from the floor. I was running Hoosier Quick time 's DOT. 26*9.5*14 @ 12 lbs. I think the air pressure is too low but when i got to the track I had one tire at 15 and the other at 12. Any thoughts?. Thanks Todd.

What's the problem, no power or no traction?
If it's no power, it may be a fuel delivery problem.
