My dad recently sold his 74 barracuda on ebay. It was not an original car either.

It was in show car condition, no rust no dents, painted in the last two years(base clear) with a shaker hood(all nos parts), pistol grip 4 spd, built 440, ralley dash, new interior(headliner and seat covers), ralley wheels, red with hockey stick stripe, detailed inside and out.

He got $18000 canadian(thats about 12000 US dollars)

I would think 7000 would be doing well on yours, as described, but like 72rr said, you never know.

dave is right, you never know... start at 10,000 or even 15,000 and see what ya get. maybe some guy just divorced his wife and wants another MoPaR like he had when he was young and is willing to spend a lot of money for a car in good condition...ya never know!!

start high, if it doesn't work, gradually drop the price till you find some lucky person that wants it...

BTW: why are you selling it?

I'm selling cause I'm 24 have ,3 cars ,1 car loan a job with no bennifits and still live with my mother. Its just time to take the next step in life , get my car laon paid off and move out om my own. I'd love to keep and I will regret selling it but I'll still have my 69 barracuda to play with. I put it up for $13,000 maybe to high but I paid $7000 for it and put about that much in to it. maybe to much but i figure if i dont get what I want for it $10,000 then I'll just keep it and stay home with mom alittle longer

When you leave, do you think I could get your Mom to adopt me?

Stay at home for a while longer...pay it off and keep it, you'll regret selling that car for the rest of life!

10 years from now it'll be worth at least twice as much as it is now and you won't make that kind of money in any bank that I know of.

Wait...I meant to say... it has no value...drop it off at my house with the title and I'll get rid of it for you....
