I would like to know what you would pay for the following car. I WOuld like to know so i dont offend the guy. 70 charger r/t 440-6, 4speed car. The engine is missing, the trans is there and so is the dana. Car has some rear window rust,lower rear 1/4 rust,some dents on body. Interior is there but needs restored. What would you pay for such a car? given the condition.

Well, the June 2000 Old Cars Price Guide shows;
Your desciption sounds like a category 5 car. 1970 Charger R/T $3100 and you are supposed to add; 20% for 383 car 40% for 440 4bbl 60% for 440 six pack car so if you believe the guide and the motor was there about $5000 ???????????
