Sure it is possible. The question is, how easy will it be? First off, is your crankshaft drilled for the pilot bushing?

Yes it is possible. I have a 76 Dart sport, 318 4speed car. I pulled the 318. Went to a 360 and love the darn thing. It is expensive to go to the 360. You must replace the flywheel, mopar sells one just for this purpose. I will be pulling mine here in the near future to go to a 727. I love the 4 speed, but I need the consistancy of the auto. Just tired of getting beat first round cause this combo wont run two back to back alike runs. Good luck and enjoy the 4 speed.
