You may have a chance finding usable 273 rockers. All I have seen have been in not so good condition. In any case you don't want to use the stock interference adjusters, so you need a set of adjusters and lock nuts. They are about 40$. Then you need the pushrods, the mechanical pushrods are 0.25" longer than hydraulic pushrods with adjustables. If you use the 273 pushrods with hydraulic lifters, your lifters are close to bottoming out with totally incorrect preload and you must retain the adjusters in very high position which may cause pushrod oiling problems.
I highly suggest that you leave the 273 rockers alone. New adjustable rockers are about 170$ a set. The initial price of the 273 rockers, adjusters & possible other work may be greater than that. The correct pushrods are available for example from summit for about 40$ a set if I remember correctly. I wonder why do you need adjustables with hydraulic lifters? To correct the preload there are other ways too, adjustable pushrods is one way and another is shimming the rockershafts. I have tried the stock stamped steel and 1.5 & 1.6 ratio Crane roller rockers at the track during one day, and found no performance advantage over the miserable quality stockers.

Thanks for the info you been helpful! I was wanting the option of adjustable valve train! I think is a plus over all! I knowed the stockers were low friction type in fulcrums!
