Yes for the charger
I would own one (CHARGER) if the Hemi is an option. From what I have read about the new Hemi, it sounds like it would have enough poop in its britches to push the little car. My wife has a 2001 Chrysler Sebring and it has a 200 horse V-6 and it runs pretty dang good.
