Default Monster Mopar production small block heads

I was going to offer a $50.00 reward for anyone who could out run me in a full bodied, smallblock powered, production headed car. The reason behind this was that it would be worth the $50.00 to talk with and share info with racers using what I use. Then I thought that it might be taken as bragging. If you are going to the Monster Mopar race this weekend in St. Loius and run the above, please look me up to talk. Black 69 cuda fastback six pack scope. no decals or lettering. We hope to get a 10.3-- run.

That's pretty quick! Is that all motor, or any power adders like nitrous?
How much weight is the car?
What type of 60' times are you pulling?

For me, I'm currently more intrested in chassis and driveline setups than engines. I have gotten to the point where my engine makes more power than I can really hook up in my heavy car with stock suspension and basicall stock trans and axle.

It is all motor. Total investment in egine is $4000. Suspension is standard SS springs etc. vehicle weight is 2750 with me in it. Thank you for the compliment. It has been a labor of how fast can I go with all the old stuff and no exotica. flat tappet cam, single four barrel etc. junk yard stuff.

What heads? Ported? Stroked? Any other obvious tricks we can use?

Got my 318 on the road (in a 70 Swinger, down to 3300 lbs with me in it), 4.56 final gear 8 3/4 sure grip, 904 trans, drag radials, SS springs, pinion snubber) and it's a freaking screamer! Want to get it to the track before winter. Used '302 heads, 1.88/1.60 valves, ported to the max (made for sweet short turn radii with bigger valves), M1 intake, Holley 600, headers, Mopar electronic ignition, 9.2:1 static compression. Some tricks in the low end too. 238/238 @ 0.050 with .474" lift mopar cam. I'm thinkin, the way it's running, around 350-360 hp. This might get me into the 12's, not near the 10's though.

Also have a 150 horse nitrous shot when it's fully broken in.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Are you calling a W series head a production head? 10.3 is WAY out of my league!!
