Question 340 head flow numbers?

I was wondering what 340 heads flow stock, mildly ported, and fully ported (without any exotic work). I think the heads in question are a 1972 or 73 vintage. These are on a mild .040 360 in a '76 Volare. I wanted to play around with the motor combo on my Virtual Dyn program.
It's my buddy's car and we're trying to figure out how to get it in the 12's. (it runs 13.3's at present)
thanks in advance,
larrys
