Default What is it?

Can anyone identify this intake manifold? I pulled it off of an engine about 14 years ago. Now I can't even remember what engine or car it came off of. I know that it was either a 440 or a 383. The date code is a little odd as well.

Casting numbers are:

2A
2806301

Date code:

2 X 1 3 5

Thanks Billy

Now what's up with the odd date code? I'm used to seeing dd.mm.yy This one doesn't match that format. I know that many things changed between '68 and '69. Is the date code format one of the things that changed or is this just an odd date code?

Everytime I need a casting number broken down, I've called the MP hotline, and they have successfully given me the application. They always start be saying "we don't have any records that go back that far". Then I beg and whine for awhile, they put me on hold for 20 minutes, come back to the phone and tell me what it is.
