Need a 70 225, trans, & rear ?

I just got a 70 Dart with 43k miles on it. It's got a 225, auto trans, & 7 1/4" rear. The thing runs great, it all must go, motor, trans, rear, radiator, drive shaft, to make room for a 440.
Anybody need this stuff? Maybe a trade for an "A" body 8 3/4" rear? Thanks JWH
