Here ya go...best drive line shop in the country and there right around the corner from you....
http://www.dennysdriveshaft.com/index.html Ask for Denny and tell him that Don from FBO Systems in Oregon sent you from this forum, won't save you any money but he'll take the time to help you out and get it right for ya. |

Have you decided where your going to get the driveshaft shortened? If not, check with the place your going to get the work done and have them tell you where to make your measurements. It would be the safest way to make sure everyone is on the same page.
You need to have the car on level ground, weight on the tires. If you jack the car up and hang the suspension all numbers will be off. Good luck, Mopar_Maniac |

You need to have it shortend by 1.6". You replaced a 7¼ with an 8¼. Axle center line to centerline of the U-joint is 10.09" for the 7¼ and 11.69" for the 8¼. That means the 8¼ is 1.6" longer, so the driveshaft needs to be 1.6" sho
