I have a 98 Voyager with a 3.0L, 3 speed auto (base model). My problem is that the stock rear shocks do not adequately carry a load. Not only will the rear sag when loaded with 400 pounds of cargo and 5 passengers (3 children, 2 adults), but also upon moderate to heavy acceleration. I am looking for a shock replacement that will support said cargo and passengers. The stock shocks are real dogs. With the cargo, it is difficult for me (6'2") to avoid hitting my head on the doggone lift gate and I'm getting tired of it. Any help would be appreciated.

It does not sound like you need shocks I would say you need stronger springs. I know Mopar has better ones or you could put on helper spings or air shocks. But if it was me I would get the stronger rear spring.
