02 Ram Qc Stereo

I have the AM/FM/CASS in my 02 Ram QC. I bought a factory Inifinity AM/FM/CASS/CD off ebay from an 03 Ram. The plugs look the same, is this a plug in play? Can I add the dash speakers? Is there anyplace to get the steering wheel controls? Lots of the factory Inifinity stereos show up on ebay but never the steering wheel controls.
