Is that intake or exhaust bowl? Why is the bowl so much smaller than the seat area? What is the purpose of the cross divider in the middle? Where do you buy those square valves?

Are you guys having me on? It's showing up on my screen fine, is there someone here on Mopar Chat that can check out what's wrong please, it's a pity because I put so much work into them heads, just wanted to share it with you guys.

I'll go back to photoisland & get a refresh on the pic..

Humor from Finland, ha, ha..

It looks like you could use a little deshrouding around the valve on the side of the combustion chamber.put the head on the block and scribe a mark on the the head around the cylinder wall then take it off and place the valve in the head and raise the valve .500 then open up the chamber were its close to the valve but don't go past the mark you scribed . other than that it looks pritty good the valve seat were it was pressed in looks good and smoothe the chamber looks good and polished the hump on the spark plug looks good ,the bowl has good form not over cut and right to the seat .make sure you lap the valves and clean everyting the best you can.

I was in 2 minds about unshrouding it some, the Tulip intake valve has a deep hollow ( 4 cc ) & after polishing the chamber is 66 cc, could skim some more off the head but I don't like taking too much off, if I used a performance nailhead valve it would drop the cc down to 62 cc, the cam I'm thinking of using will need as much compression as I can get out of it, I would have liked to take a little more out of the bowl but lots of metal has been removed already & don't want to push my luck.

Despite my worries it sounds very nice on the flow bench, good velocity & the air flow is steady, no pulsing, the short turn in spot on.

The engine isn't assembled yet so there's still time for me to juggle things around.
