Default big to small yoke U-joint

anyone use this piece? Mancini sells it for 29 bucks. I understand it to have a short axis and a long axis to put a big yoke to a small one (7260 diff yoke to a 7290 driveshaft yoke)?
which one, im thinking the last one...

SPICER - 7260 U-joint

Spicer makes a great conversion U-joint for the 8 3/4" axles when you need to go from 7260 to 7290 application.

I have used the one from Lakewood. Still working after a 10+ year run.

I'm using the mancini piece at the moment. No problems yet. Can't remember which number.
