Default Pinhole rad leak in tank

Hey guys I finally put my hi-po cop rad in my 5th Ave, since my original was pissing out fluid all over the place. New problem now is a tiny pinhole on the very top of the tank. What's the best way for me to fix this on my own? I don't have any kind of welder, so I was thinking JB weld or solder. Can't wait to put in the rest of the cop stuff. Some pretty trick little pieces in there, like the tranny cooler that hangs way out front, under the hood ornament, factory.
Thanks,

A wee bit of welding will do it. The JB might not hold.

Yup, just clean up around the hole and solder it up.... make sure to get a good solder paste so it'll take to the tank easier.
Heat the tank just so that the solder takes... don't need to over heat the area... (if its soft it'll make it worst)
Good luck

Just to reiterate what DodgeRamSS said, use a Scotch-Brite pad around the hole until you can see bright metal--any impurity will make the repair weak. All you have to do is heat it up with a clean flame until it is almost too hot to touch--this makes the pores in the brass expand and actually allow some of the solder to sink into them.

Solder and if that doesn't work then use Epoxy! I've actually used epoxy down on the fins as a tempoary repair that ended up permanent. Of course it was on a vehicle in my works fleet but it works!!

I had the same problem. I used JB weld and it is still holding. I used the JB quick weld to do it. It works so far.
