what tires?
I just ran my Cuda at the strip and was running 13.2@106. Mildly modifid 440 and 727 with 3.91's. I have a traction problem I know, with reaction times in the high 5's and 60ft. times in the 2.2 range. Right now I have 26" tall BF Goodrich TA radials. I cross the line at about 6200rpm and the motor still pulls strong. I'd like to get some tires for better traction at the strip. What should I be looking for? How tall and wide? The car is street car with a pass every now and then for fun. I'll change the tires at the track. Thanks for the help.

hey slick
buy a street slick like a micky t or hoosier mounted on an 8" rim with 12-15 tire pressure at the track. you will see great 60' times.
m/t will last a little longer on the street. |
