Question 1970 dodge charger - 383 engine

I have a 1970 Dodge Charger 500 - original (matching numbers) 383 2b carb. I am taking the original engine and tran and putting them in storage. I have purchased a 383 magnum engine with a elderbrock hi rise intake. This engine was rebuilt and bored 30 over this is all that is known. The auto transmission came out of a roadrunner hemi. I am not a mechanic and I would like to get 400hp out of this engine what can be done with it and still have a decent
every day driver?

Thanks
