Help 1997 sebring o2 sensor

does anyone happen to know the location of the o2 sensor on a 1997 sebring conv. 2.4l 4cyl dohc, , i need to replace but i cant find it , anything would be greatly appreciated

on top of exhaust manifold behind head ,can be verry difficult.

Does the '97 have upstream (before CAT) and a downstream (after CAT) sensors?
