swichin 79 360 for a 88 318 cop engine in a truck

i was woundering a few things about doing this

79 dodge powerwagon 727 360 taking 318 cop ingine 360 heads on it and putting it in the truck kepping the 727 trans
will the distubutor work on the 318 from the 360? are the spark plugs the same? is the oil filter adapter on the block gonna be in the way of the 727 trans ? cause the 360 just screws on to the block the 318 has a adapter ? anything else interchangeable
do you thing this cop engine70,000 new edelbrock cam and timing set has enough power for 78 dodge lifted 35" 3/4 ton truck
i'm swichin the motors so i can get rid of it and get a new project like a lil red express or another muscle car
