Default Electric Fuel Pump Requirements/Question??

I'm going to be running dual quad's on my 340 stroker, what size pump should I be looking at? Any thought's??

Default fuel for tought

I like to use the holley blue pump with the regulator that comes with it.

I dislike the Holley blue since they can be very loud, but they are certainly up to the task.

I run a Mallory 140 with the return style regulator and I can keep a real steady flow to the carb, and the return style makes the pump run cooler and make it last longer. It is also so quiet I have even left it on by accident several times!!

Of course I was kind of roped into going with the return style regulator since my car already had about $500 worth of braided stainless plumbing....
