Help GTX Steering Wheel

Does anyone have, or know where I can get a 3 spoke woodgrain steering wheel for my '68 GTX. She is ALL factory original except that. I want it with the Plymouth emblam on the horn pad. I guess these were pretty standard in most Plymouths from '68. GIve me all info.....I need by the end of the year....I will travel to pick up......or can be shipped. If you have one or know of one give me all details! Thanx! Sherrie

Default Good Luck

The first place you should look is Ebay. Every few days one of those wheels will pop up there, but these wheels fetch a pretty penny if they are in presentable condition. However, if you find one that is restorable, and you want it to restore your car to show-winning condition, you could contact "The Steering Wheel Guy" and have him restore one for you. I don't know his website off the top of my head, but his name is Doug Lepak (I think) and he hails from Canada. I'm sure somebody around here knows the website I'm thinking of. A word of warning though, the price to restore one of these simulated woodgrain wheels is about $300 American, so it all depends on how good you want it to be.

The place that you are thinking of is Texas Acres. As the name implies, it is in Texas...
