Default Magnum exhaust manifold #'s

Some time ago, a fella was looking for the best flowing exhaust manifolds.
Seeing how the HP 340 units are hard to find and will comand big dollors, (most of the time) Magnum units were suggested to him.
A 4wheel mag. had said that the Magnum exhaust manifolds flowed very well but you needed to find the large exit version. To this I replied that I did have these numbers somewhere. I don't know if these are the largest exits on a Magnum exhaust manifold, so if any one knows of a bigger exhaust outlet on a Magnum exhaust manifold, by all means, post it. So here we are today with the casting numbers;

'92 casting numbers

Pass.------53006618
Driver-----53006617

These units have the 2 1/8 sized exit stock.

I hope this helps anyone looking to use HP exhaust manifolds in place of headers for a stock look.

I would have tried that, but was unsure of how it would fit under the hood, past accessories.

I did find a set of 340hps from an AAR on Ebay, and they ALMOST fit right in. This ends up costing less in installation costs...

I think it's worth trying, if you can scrape em out of a wrecked Ram or Durango.

Fitment is an unknow fact to me. It was in a truck mag for trucks. Magnum exhaust manifolds can be a trick to use. There are several exit points for several styles.
I'm going to paste this at the truck forums now.
Additional help may follow.

OK truck guys, your on! Any knowing?
