Lambo's contribution to the development of the Viper V10 was scrapped by Dodge as being unworkable. Lambo designed it as if it were for their own foreign cars - high RPM needed to get torque & HP and major valvetrain rebuilds needed due to the high RPM requirements. Dodge decided they could design their own V10 much better than Lambo. And did.

Umm sunra..umm Im going to disagree very strongly on this one. Lambo developed the intakemanifold as well as the gen 1s ignition.
not only to I have hard copy that says so, but go look at any lambo coutach intake...that is the only intake in the world that looks like a vipers...almost to a "T".
