I've got a question about a Honda. There's a chat site like this set up for Hondas, but apparently the only people who use it are more accustomed to putting stickers on their cars than getting under the hood. A friend of mine has an 88 Honda Accord, with power door locks. I don't believe that it is a vaccuum setup, but for some odd reason they will not work. The fuses are fine, and the doors will lock if you do it the old fashioned way, but hit the switch and nothing happens. If anybody can give me an idea, some direction to take with this (yes, I tried convincing her to get a Dodge) it would be a great help. I don't need any wisecracks about Hondas, I know them all already, which is why I drive a Dodge.
Thanks Sam |

well there are run off relays so check for power at the relays and ground also check to see if the wires are broken in the door jams.

Hey Sam. I am not positive on this, but I think that a lot of these cars run all the locks through the drivers door switch, windows included. If you have power into the drivers switch, the switch may be bad.
