Default Alter-K-Tion

Has anyone used one of these setups from Alter-K-Tion yet?

looks good, but: they mention things like "...if your car has elephant ears" and solo and auto x cars. are you sure this is not a pure race piece? the only other similar item i have seen is magnum force tubular k member. it costs a ton more than the alterktion, and questions about using the stock shock mounts to support a coil spring have been asked on this board. looks from the photos that the alterktion kit uses the kframe itself to support the coil spring

will someone who actually knows a lot about suspensions please chime in on this, it looks way cool and pretty cheap considering....

It looks to me like the best engineered front suspension on the market at the moment. We have one on order for a big block Duster that is going together in my shop.

Hey Andy

Please keep us posted on this. I am very interested in it. Is your Duster going to be a street/strip car?

Might be ok if you have full roll cage ,nascar type ,because spring loading is now focused at front frame members.Torsion bars tranfer and ditribute weight thoughout the unit body. And I dont believe there claims on control arms on mopars being weeker than ther's.

I have their upper control arms, and I do believe what they say about the strength.
