Dana 60 pinion yoke
The bosses that hold the u-joint centered on my stock yoke were trashed. A local drive line shop said they couldn't get a new one. They suggested a yoke out of a ford 9 inch would work. Found one down the street at the wrecking yard but it used a smaller u-joint. So we had to order a special u-joint to make it work. Was the drive line shop full of poop? This set up will work for now, but I want it to be right eventually.

Yes, they're full of poop. Check out this page at Drive Train Specialist. This is just one of the many companies that stock Dana 60 parts. Notice the first part is a Spicer 1350 Yoke which is the biggest U-Joint normally used for a Dana 60. Drag racers don't normally break these. You can also get one from Mancini Racing. You choose from 1330 or 7290 style yoke. Both which come as U-bolt style (vice straps) and the U-joint is included to mate with a 7290 Driveshaft.
