VetteKilla...

I can't say what is the "best" timing light, but I have a Craftsman Dial-Back type timing light that works great and didn't cost very much.

Don't waste your money on a cheap tool that you will end up having to buy twice because you tried to skimp the first time.

Sorry, but I can't help you with the double roller question.

Hey vette killa
There are many companies who make the chain your looking for.
I have had good service from coyle.
As for a timeing light Buy what you can afford.
If it is something you are only going to use once a month then get a cheap one.
If your going to use it semi dayly or profetionaly then go ahead and spend the extra money for a good one.

Default lights

I've had a coupla Craftsman timing lights. If they still sell the one with the plug-in wires at the bottom of the handle, I'd stay clear of that one. Mine started to get loose at the connection and then it took two hands to hold the light and the connectoid, and then finally it started to only work intermittently.
As far as timing chains, I think the M/P ones are the lowest grade ones I'd bother with. I've had good luck with the Milodon brand. Of course, the best, still affordable ones are made by Cloyes.
