that seems like an extra low six pack scoop, but it looks very good on that charger. I think the cow induction doesn't look bad either. Maybe the situation will change after seeing dozillionth charger with one.

Cool

If it is absolutely necessary to put a scoop to a Charger......
Six pack --- OK
Hemi ---- too big
Cowl ----- but ugly

that cowl honestly doesn't look too bad, but i'd have to say 6-pak scoop. it just looks cleaner, and better...

I wonder if the guys at GM ever noticed that the scoop was on backwards? They even put the shaker on the firechickens on back wards!

There is an explanation for that. It must be because all of the GM engineers are rear loaded, if you know what I mean =)

Question

SBD: What are you saying? You don't like the sixpack but yet you say you have one?????
I do agree, its whatever YOU like. I'm partial to Mopars staying Mopars but GTXMONTE & CDIGNITION both have badass looking Mopars with cowls! For the street, both are nice, for the track I can see where a cowl would be the choice. Hey Monte how much for that Glasstek unit? I gave about $500 w/ pins & all for my YearOne hood and already got a rock and cracked it! hate to even hear what that will cost to fix

I agree with most of the replies posted here: the Six Pack scoop
works a little better aesthetically with the Charger's styling.

Having said that, I would definitely recommend the Super Stock Hemi
scoop.

- It's got a HUGE cross-sectional opening, yet a low-profile design
- Fulfills its intended function very well, without looking like some sort of
bizarre fiberglass modern-art sculpture (like some scoops do - lots of
'form' but very little 'function')
- In terms of 'form', it LOOKS serious - like you really mean business
- It was designed by Tom Hoover during development of the
Hemi Super Stock Dart and Barracuda program, so you know it's a
well-engineered (and functioning) part.

On a Charger I would personally say leave it with a regular hood, but like everyone else said it is your car so do what you like. If we all had the same opinion on what looked good then we would have a lot of cars that looked a like and that wouldn't be any fun.
