Spring for horn ring and air cleaner base

I'm in dire need of the spring that is used for the horn ring on my '66 Dodge. If anyone has one please oh please oh please let me know!

I also need the bottom base for an air cleaner like the one in the picture that will fit on a Carter 4bbl carb. The one I have fits a Holley 4bbl so if anyone is possibly interested in a swap let me know!
