I don't know if anybody who owns an LH noticed, but there is way too much road noise entering the cabin. Now whats the fun of a car if the road noise covers up the sound of the engine? I noticed the noise comes from the door panels. There is no insulation except for maybe a thin peice of foam. I first took of my door panel, then cut a 12"x32" peice of dynamat into a trapaziod about 10"x32"x5"x?. Then i put it on the bottom of the panel under the inner support of the door. I just placed the excess over the support a few inches. After doing this for both from doors I noticed a major road noise decrease. I took pleasure in noticing that the road noise didn't over power the radio at normal volume and it seemed almost non existent.

Excellent mod! This is the kind of thing that the factory did to the Gen2 LH cars, especially after 1999. A lot of insulation was added to the front wheel wells to reduce the sound from there too.
