 oil splashing...

ok...i bought a 360 magnum with the 380hp. it runs like a raped ape. But when i am into the throttle a little bit...the oil comes up out of the oil fill cap...when i bought this magnum crate engine...nothing came under the oil fill cap on the mopar magnum valve covers? is there a fix for this great mess that it makes all over inside the engine compartment? splash shied? oil baffle? what would it need?

First, check your pcv system to make sure it is working properly. But it sounds to me like your engine has too much blow-by. Excessive blow-by will pressurize the crankcase and the gas has to go somewhere. If your pcv is ok have a leak-down done. Those crate engines are not known for their quality.
