I run standard Felpro h/p gaskets on my 340 with 200 nos shot. I never had a problem with them so far. Engine has little over 12:1 comp ratio.
Hope this helps |

Fel-Pro makes a great gasket, There is not much out there as far as choices, if you run a high comp. and add nitrous to that you may want to step up to the copper gasket. But ,they do need special attention, orings, And they leak around the coolant passages.

I use ROL gaskets. They are superior. Haven't had a leak or blowout yet.

SCE builds head gaskets for nitrous applications and Cometics builds probably the best head gaskets available. Steel shim gaskets, reusable, totally streetable, lots of nitrous and superchargeed motors running these gaskets.
