Carter 2 bbl
This is a Carter if I remember correctly. I have replaced the gaskets 3 times. Warped case?

Been ages since I worked on one, but I think they will siphon the float bowl dry through the pump circuit if the float is too high. If it doesn't show on the outside (wet) it's going inside. Try watching the nozzles and the boosters with a flashlight and see if either drips after it is shut down. SWAG!
