Default Petting the block like a cat until grows to desired size.

heres a couple of places to click.

Basicly, your going to need;

The crank. This increases the displacement along with overboreing. (If needed.)
New bearings and gaskets.
New pistons and rings. (I would also get an oil pump as well)
With the new crank, depending on stroke, you may have to grind part of the block away to clear the rod when there on the crank due to the new, longer throw.
Becuase of the longer crank throw, your pistons are now to tall, shorter pistons are needed.
Money, pay the man.

They have engine kits avaliable.
Pick up a copy of a popular Mopar magazine and flip through it. Places like Muscle Motors,Hensley racing, Ray Braton they can help. Or you could just piece the parts togather yourself and save a few bucks through your local machine shop, Heck check them out too. There is people on this board who does machine work and the good thing about that is they love Mopars! The last thing ya want is some small block chebby guru turning wrenches on your Mopar! Ha Ha. Word to the wise ask abou the balancing of the crank and engine parts your lookin to purchace. The balancing cost can become astronomically High when adding Mallory metal to rotating assemblys, when you could have bought it comlete and ready to go for way less! If ya can but a complete short block if ya can! It can save ya money after buying things like stroker pistons and unbalance cranks, them two alone will be well over a grand on there own.

Not to mention the fact that if you are going to stroke a 360 that you've already built, you've got to compensate all other aspects of the engine. In other words, when you build the 360 and placed a camshaft/intake combo on that was hot from 3500rpm-7000rpm, you may have to bring those numbers down. Due to the new throw of your crank (a 4.000" stroke), you aren't going to wind the engine even close to the 7k mark. Anything else in the engine that you purchased/installed based on rpm specs you may to need to take another look at. Again, like other people said, you're going to possibly need to grind your block down for the horizontal swing of the new crank. Also look at a windage tray. The extra .42" inches (new 4.000" stroker - original 3.580" stroke) will start slinging oil all about your bottom end. Another important thing. The Hughes engine kits use a SCAT crank. SCAT cranks are MIC ( made in China. Thanks Don ). I'm not sure how comfortable you are about that. Anyway, anymore questions about it, keep posting, you'll get an answer.

It's worth doing only if you wanna do it. Is it cheaper than a 360 or 340, probably not due to pistons being small and harder to find. There not an off the shelf item. Click here.

Unless you want an engine that you can reliably wind high and unless you DONT want bottom end torque and hp, there is no reason NOT to stroke an engine. Stroking increases your displacement. Can't go wrong with a sentance like that..

Default stroker 318

that's true, but when you stroke a 318 with the common stroker kit it comes out to be 346 ci or something like that..why spend the $1000 or so on parts when you get 14 more ci with a STOCK 360 block....the long throw of the 346 might make it a bit more torquey than a 360 but it wouldn't be worth the cost in my opinion...but i could be wrong

That 349 would be with a 3.58 stroke crank. A stock 360 unit. It's cheap to cut down and after the expensive part, pistons, everthing else is the same.
Theres also kits on the market that use the 4.00 crank for 390 cubes on a .030 , 318.
It all depends on what "U" want to do. No someone else.
