HI
DOES A VALVE COVER FOR A 225 FIT ON A 170?
I WANT TO BUY A CLIFFORD ALU COVER.

Yes thevalve cover is the same the head is the same to.

There are basically 2 different Slant valve covers. 1 is for the '81 and up 225 hydraulic lifter motor and the other 1 is for '60-'80 motors of any cubic inch. The '81 and up cover is a different shape.
