Default Carter AVS Adaptation ...

Can a Carter AVS that was intended for use on an auto or auto with air car be adapted to work on a 4-speed car? I am considering stroking my 383 and would need 750 cfm Carter from a 440 HP motor to retain my cars stock appearance. The only ones I have been able to find were OEM on auto based vehicles.
