Small Block Eddy Heads Done!!!
I finnally am calling it quits on my eddy heads. These will be going on my 367 in engine. I imagine there will be a few comments about the results at peak flow without the manifold but my old iron heads had the same flow pattern and the car went 10.36 so this is what we are going with. These numbers are with a 2.05 in and 1.60 ex. on a 6019 head. Dollar investment about $1500 complete. I'll compare it to the Indy rectangle head bowl ported and port matched. Well over $3000 if you want to bolt it on.

I could probably make more power with the Edel. head with the right cam and combo for the street.
The other numbers for the Indy lag behind at the low lifts. Still, I bet they perform well. Ummmmm, I'd chose the Edel. heads for the better low lift. Used with a long duration but lift limited to .500. Custom cam time. |
