Yell at one of the Guy's on the other side of the shop and ask them what the installed hiegth of the springs are on a set of SB Mopar heads and what the Open and Closed pressures are

Don't you have a catalog? hehe

There is a technical section in the back that lists that data for all of the heads. Its general information, so I will break it down a little more too.

Spring installed height = 1.800

Coil Bind = 1.130

Pressure @ installed height = 120 lbs
Pressure @ 1.210 = 320 lbs

Spring Rate = 339 lb/in

Pressure @ coil bind = 347 lbs
