Default need help to id a camshaft

I've got an OLD crane cam (still new in box) that i'm trying to sell. It's factory replacement for 273-318 engines. That's all I know about it. I think it would sell a lot faster if I could get the specs. I went to cranes website, but that wasn't any help. The crane part # for the cam is 69 24 90. 930 and 577 are also stamped in, if that makes any difference. thanks for any help.

p.s. If anyone is interested in buying this cam, make me an offer. send email to arick69_99@yahoo.com
