slant for sell w/ A-904 trans

I am pulling my slant w/ trans out of my 72 Dart coupe this weekend : Feb 01 03. Engine runs good and has the following new parts: reman carb (Dec 02) needs to be ajusted, timing parts (plugs, rotor, cap, points), fuel pump, hoses, air cleaner, 180 t-stat, will come with a reman eletric dist (not yet installed).
Trans was rebuilt by local shop in Sep 02 due to oil leak. Spent $545 on rebuild. Has less than 4000 mls on it.
Engine does loose a little oil (1 qt /3000 mls) but DOES NOT burn it.
Was told when I bought the car in Aug 02 that the engine had been rebuilt in summer of 01. Runs strong but can't verfiy that claim without tear down.
Will sell both for $600. or seperate for $350 each. Firm on prices. I am in the LA (Cal) area and can deliver within reason. You split the cost of gas. Or you pay to ship, I'll crate it.
