So, how do you get "this" to the avatar section, since I stupidly erased my last one and have no "floppy" shot small enough to get inserted? 440cj

I had the same exact problem. There should be an option in your photo hosting software that allows you to "create thumbnails for the internet" play with it a bit and set it to 100 x 100. that should do it!!!
