Question torsion bars and /6 valve lash ?'s

Hello, I was just wondering if you could adjust the torsion bars for a different ride height on my duster, without messing up the alignment? I am thinking that it does not affect the alignment...but its been a while since I played with suspensions...and am not sure. Also...the correct valve lash for a slant six is 0.010 for intake and 0.020 for exhaust...am I correct? Thanks!

That lash sounds tight! Maybe about .015 and .025.
