Default Small block removal

Pulling the engine on Saturday, and was wondering if anyone here has any tips or advice on what to look out for. I have the how to rebuild sb mopar book, have a good idea of what i need to do, but was wondering if I should know anything else. This is a 318 by the way.

Also, if the exhaust valve is increased to 1.6", will the hardened exhaust seats reamin, or will that metal be removed and have to be replaced?

I would also appreciate if anyone could give me the rpm stall for a 904 torque converter.

Thats it for now, I'll be sure to post pics during the rebuild process and such.
