Default upper control arm cam bolts

I made the mistake of not remembering which way the cam bolts go in the frame when re-installing the upper control arm. The manual I have shows the nut and washer go on the outside of the frame mounts, but that is for a barracuda and satellite, the manual doesnt show for an A-body. Im thinking if the nut and washer were on the inside, closest to the shock absorber, then then when the alignment is done, the tech only has to turn the cam bolts from the outside, which is easier to do, I think? Still, the nut and washer needs to be loosened and re-tightened to adjust so which way is better? I have attached a bmp which should help explain what I mean. A pic is worth a thousand words.

According to my Haynes and Chilton, nut and washer go to the outside. Chiltons is for Dart, Demon 68-76. Haynes is for Dart, Valiant 67-76. Also includes Barracuda 67-69, Duster, Demon. Hope this helps.

Thanks littlecampbell, I used to have a chilton's, the big book, but I gave to my brother years ago when I didnt have an old mopar anymore. Now I wish I could get it back. I didnt even think of looking in my motors manual, duh. brain freeze I guess. I have the mopar manual on cd but it wasnt clear so I thought it best to ask.
