Default All Original 1967 Dodge Ramp Truck

All original 1967 Dodge Ramp Truck like the ones used to haul the
Pro Stockers & Funny Cars in the 70's & 80's. This will make someone
an excellent car hauler for a door car. The only reason I am selling
is I sold my 67 Dodge Coronet R/T & now have a r.e. dragster. It has
a big block 318 w/4-speed trans. Dana 70 rearend with 4:88 gears.
They are all in good shape. The frontend, body, floorboard, original
seat, & ramp bed are all in good shape. It does not have any dents
and is not rusted out. I will trade for a 26' or longer enclosed car
trailer or will sell. Call me 334 756 9388 or email me at my son's
address matthewh@charter-lt.com and make me an offer.
Thanks,
Billy Humphrey

Is the 318 of those years concidered a big block? I know they are wide blocks but not big blocks. The 361 is a big block. Correct me as necessary, Thanks, Tom

The 318's of the early '60's were wide blocks. Like what was in my '57 Dodge 3/4 ton truck were wide blocks. But were they concidered big blocks?

The 318's of '65-'66 and later were LA blocks and small blocks.

Thanks, Tom.

Default Dodge Ramp Truck

amxauto-x,
Pre 1967 after the LA318 came out I thought was always called the
big block 318 engine. In the cars 1966 was the last year of the big
block or perhaps wide block. But a lot of the big trucks, as mine,
still had the big block. I believe 1967 was the last year in the big
trucks before they went to the LA engine.
Thanks,
Billy

Default Dodge Ramp Truck

amxauto-x,
What do you think a truck like this is worth? I have been into drag
racing more than the older cars & trucks. i bought it from the
second owner who used it to haul a Camaro. It looks like the truck
Sox & Martin used to haul their car on in the early 80's. So I
eventually talked him into selling the truck to me to haul my 67
Dodge Coronet R/T. But I sold the Dodge & now have a r.e. dragster.
Which is powered by a RB Dodge engine. I fixed the truck to haul
the dragster, but it just does not work well.
Thanks,
Billy
